It is once again time to bring your unused Bulk Ticket Vouchers in to a club meeting to turn in for a credit towards next years purchase.
How to use the return forms.
There are two return forms attached to this email.  They have both been set up so you can fill them out on your computer so that they are legible.  This will help with the accuracy of your return.
 
This form is for Okemo, Sugarbush, Bromley, Mount Snow, Stratton, Sunapee, Magic, Killington and Pico.  These mountains will give a credit on unused vouchers providing that the total returns from the ski council do not exceed a preset percentage.  If the percentage is exceeded then everyone gets a pro-rated credit.
 
This form is for Stowe, Jay Peak, Burke, Smugglers Notch, Bolton Valley and Loon.  These mountains give a cash return.
Form Instructions
  1. Double click your cursor on the first "Quantity Returned" field that you have vouchers for.  Enter the number of vouchers you are returning and then hit the "TAB" key to move to the next field.
  2. Enter the number of tickets that you purchased for this mountain in the fall and hit the "TAB" key 
  3. Key in the serial number of each returned voucher with a comma and a space between serial numbers and then hit the "TAB" key to proceed tot he next field
  4. Key in the date, members name and membership number in the fields at the bottom of the form
  5. Print two copies of the filled in form and bring them to a meeting with your vouchers.
Return Dates 
 
Jim will be accepting vouchers at any Thursday April meeting of the Meriden Ski Club.
 
Vouchers that are not returned in a timely manner by April 26th will not receive a credit!! 
 
Vouchers mailed to the ski club are at your own risk and will not be accepted after April 26th.
